Check Scott's Facebook.

H.....X it's all about sound. You want a higher pitched sound, go X. Want a deeper rumble, go H.

I have...sounds great!

Does anyone know If I can just run a "foxbody exhaust" or is it gonna be different with the mod motor swap? The current system is pieced together. I have looked online briefly for info but didn't find anything. It looks like it would be pretty close, but I'm sure it's not. Probably going to have to buy mufflers and an H and to piece it together...

I'm no expert, but I'd think you'd want to run like 1996-1999 Cobra exhaust. Again, I'm no expert so don't quote me.

I would start with 96-98 cobra stuff then you may have to customize.

Honestly, the best way IMHO is to get the h-pipe and whatever mufflers and tips you want and then have a good exhaust shop make a custom fit exhaust for you. It is really not that expensive, and you get a proper fit without the headaches and bullshit.

I think this is what I'll end up doing. There are a couple really good exhaust guys here in corpus and with the way the current exhaust fits around the trans k member and with the car being lowered as much as it is in the rear with the soon to be 10" wheels, I really don't think I'll get the fit I want out of a box, depends on how much $ these guys want to do it.

Can't get a ring and pinion set up for less than $550 LABOR ONLY down here if you take the rear end and parts to the shop. Cracked the carrier in my 8.6" 10 bolt in my truck and am about to attempt to do it myself considering I could mess it up once, try again, and still spend less $ than taking it somewhere!

What series or model of Mac muffler are you running, Scott?
